Units were Robbed MGMT did not make police report?!
.5 star because 0 isn't an option. These staff members didn't report the theft of 6 units to the police per Constables. Why? But they did charge me the next months' rent.

The lady who helped me with the initial...
The lady who helped me with the initial contract was so helpful, sweet and funny. The next day I went back to get boxes and was helped by another lady. She was equally as helpful, sweet and funny. Customer service is obviously high on your list. I wish I paid attention so I could mention them by name. Outstanding!

Roz is wonderful
Roz turned a dreadful, stressful day into a wonderful experience. Moving is a tough job and having to find the right storage space can be daunting but Roz explained everything very thoroughly and I did not feel rushed. She is very personable and that alone eased my stress.

Need to check the outside lighting
Need to check the outside lighting, I was at the unit around 8:15 PM and it was pitch black around the facility, the only lights that were on were the lights where the elevator is and the front office.

The checkin process was seamless
The checkin process was seamless. I also really appreciate the thoughtfulness in the design og the building. The oversized entry way and hallways are HUGE plus. It allowed us to carry more things in and cut down the total moving time.
